With more than 25 years' specialist experience, I help businesses make sense of what can often feel like a complex area. I work with founders, leadership teams, HR professionals and Company Secretaries, and I regularly work alongside legal, tax and payroll advisers. My role is to bridge the gap between technical advice and practical implementation, helping businesses communicate share plans clearly and ensuring employees understand and value what they've been given.
